Led by experienced instructors, our fitness classes are designed to wake up the body and build strength through a balanced mix of movement, cardio, and functional training. Set in the Movement Studio, each session offers an uplifting, motivating environment to help you feel strong, centered, and ready for the day ahead. This is a 60-minute class.
