Morning yoga classes at the Sylvan Lodge Movement Studio offer a calming start to the day, blending breathwork and gentle strength to energize your body and mind. Led by experienced instructors, these sessions create a serene space for grounding and renewal in the heart of the lodge.

Winter Weekly Schedule — All classes begin at 8:30 AM

Monday — Yoga with Siler. Ease into the week with movement, breathwork, and gentle strength.

Thursday — Yoga with Anya. A grounding flow to reset and recharge.

Saturday — Mat Pilates with Špela. Strengthen your core and improve alignment with a dynamic, accessible mat Pilates session.
