Spanning 20,000 square feet, this expansive wellness destination features light-filled spaces and natural wood finishes that blur the line between indoors and out. Float from the tranquil relaxation lounge onto a heated pool deck, where mountain views and fresh alpine air invite nature-inspired rejuvenation year-round.
Facilities & Amenities
Found within the club’s all-new Sylvan Lodge, the impressive spa features eight luxurious treatment rooms, a sauna with an adjoining plunge pool, a relaxation room with adjacent tea lounge and private dressing suites with steam rooms, showers and all the necessities. Infused water, herbal teas and healthy snacks are offered throughout. Outdoors, a heated exercise pool and hot tub offer year-round relaxation.
Signature Treatments & Services
Choose from an extensive menu of Theralight 360 treatments, massages, body therapies and facials. For the ultimate reset, curated spa packages blend a body wrap, massage and facial for head-to-toe rejuvenation. The couples treatment room, complete with a private shower, provides an intimate setting for shared rejuvenation.
Fitness & Movement
Elevate your wellness routine in a state-of-the-art gym, featuring Pelotons, TRX and two movement studios for a well-rounded workout. Yoga and pilates classes are offered weekly, complimentary for Sylvan Lodge guests, included in the temporary membership fee, and available to members for a fee.
Visiting the Spa
The Spa at The Sylvan Lodge is a private retreat for members, Sylvan Lodge guests and guests of The Cabins at the Sporting Club with a temporary membership fee. To keep the experience serene, the sauna, steam rooms and plunge pools are reserved for guests receiving a spa treatment.
