Find balance and strength with our guided yoga and Pilates sessions. Our Jackson Hole yoga studio focuses on breathwork and movement, leading participants through poses that enhance flexibility, strength and overall well-being.
We are also excited to offer Mat Pilates, designed to improve range of motion, circulation, posture and core strength for a dynamic and engaging workout.
All fitness levels are welcome, with modifications available to suit individual needs. Guests are encouraged to join, but class sizes are limited and advanced reservations are required. Yoga mats are available.
