Sales Team Update

Heading into the peak season, the Sales Team is coming off a very successful winter with a lot of momentum and with a number of very positive stories to tell.

Despite the snowscape of the property for the winter months, we managed to close on 3 parcels since January (Lots 49, 50 and 51 along the 3rd Fairway). In addition, several more lots are currently reserved and are scheduled to close before the golf course opens. By the start of summer, we anticipate more than 2/3rds of the 68 Lots in Phase I will be sold.

Seven of those 68 lots — the Cabin lots adjacent to the Members’ Lodge — were also recently replatted with Teton County, and of those seven, four are currently also under reservation. These 7 lots will feature homes designed for the Snake River Sporting Club by Poss Architecture and Planning of Apsen, Colorado, and the SRSC has contracted with a local firm, Teton Heritage Builders, to construct all 7 homes simultaneously. Construction on these 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath, turn-key Cabins should begin later this spring.

Following the completion of our new 2,300 sq.ft. Mountain Lodge at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort late in the ski season, we saw a number of new families join the fold of Snake River Sporting Club as Mountain Members. In addition, we saw our overall Sporting Club membership roster rise to 74 families with the recent addition in March of John and Julie Thomas of Jackson, WY, and Thomas and Martha Lewis of New Canaan, CT.

With the Members’ Lodge under construction as well as several other structures coming out of the ground in the months to come, the physical landscape of the property will take on a different look and feel in 2007.

And with that, the Sales Team is anxious to continue to introduce new families to the Sporting Life as the Snake River Sporting Club continues to grow and mature.
