Creating A World Class Sporting Club

The "infrastructure construction work" (earthwork, utilities, roadwork) is continuing and, weather permitting, this work on the south parcel of the SRSC will be completed in the Fall of 2006. Site plans revisions to accommodate the Lodge Cottages have been submitted and are being reviewed, with approval also expected late Fall of this year.

Construction drawings for the Member's Lodge are being reviewed and approval for a building permit is expected within a couple of weeks. The construction of the Members' Lodge will commence after the issuance of the building permit and the construction of the building is expected to take about thirteen to fifteen months to complete.
